10 KW SOLAR

This 10 kW solar array will provide a majority of the electricity that your house will consume.  These split cell modules provide electricity to the DC optimizers adding up to a high efficiency system.

40 SQFT SOLAR THERMAL

This panel keep 80 gallons of water hot in your house.  The tank has electric backup but we rarely used it getting all our hot water from the sun.

ChargePoint Level 2 Charger allows you to track use or schedule your charging.

Internet

COMMERCIAL GRADE WIFI AND WIRED

Ethernet has been wired to each room and the house can come with a commercial grade router and access points that have been hard wired to the front and rear of the house giving the house great wifi!

Security Cameras

Three cameras cover the entrances to the house with the ability to notify you for movement and record.  You can also set off an alarm or talk to someone in real-time. Night vision let's you see in the dark and you can even select where in the field of view to watch for motion.

This makes it great for keeping an eye on things while at home or away, especially packages on the front porch.
